Licensing agreements specify that authorised data users are limited to current members of the University of Alberta student body, faculty, and staff. Licensing agreements also specify that use of data is limited to scholarly research, instruction, and administrative purposes only, and that datafiles may not be used for commercial or re-distribution purposes.

I agree and will comply with the limitations stated above. I will not permit data or databases obtained through the University of Alberta Data Library to be used in violation of the above agreement, either by me or by or those under my supervision.
