    		 The University of Alberta Data Library provides access to quantitative computer-readable research data from various disciplines in the social sciences, humanities, and life sciences. The Data Library collects data files from the Canadian Census, the Canadian National Population Health Survey, CANSIM, Canadian Gallup Polls, the All Alberta Survey, and many more. 

    Reference copies of the printed documentation accompanying these data files are available at the Data Library, Room 1-108 Rutherford North. 

    Data Library staff provide assistance in finding, retrieving, and using the data files in its collection, as well as assistance in acquiring data files not currently held. 

    Some data files are restricted to use by University of Alberta members only. Be sure to read any  conditions of use statements associated with a given data file as provided through this Website or through The Gate Library Catalogue.
